By accessing or using the services provided by Dental Hygiene to You – Mobile Dental Services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Dental Hygiene to You provides professional dental hygiene care, including but not limited to:
Dental assessments and oral health checks
Preventive treatments such as scale and clean, fluoride application, and oral hygiene education
Teeth whitening (if applicable)
Referrals to dental or medical professionals where necessary
All services are delivered in a mobile setting at your home or care facility.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
In case of delays caused by unforeseen traffic or events, we will notify you promptly and reschedule where necessary.
3. Consent for Treatment
Before any treatment begins, clients (or their authorised representative) must provide informed consent. We will explain the procedures, expected outcomes, and any potential risks prior to treatment.
4. Fees & Payment
All service fees will be disclosed prior to your appointment.
Payment is due with 7 days of the service via direct debit
Medicare or private health fund claims (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
Dental Hygiene to You cannot be held responsible for the rebates received from private health fund claims
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate medical and dental history.
Clients must ensure a clean, safe, and accessible environment for the mobile clinician to operate.
Any known allergies or health concerns must be disclosed prior to treatment.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable health privacy laws. We respect your confidentiality and will never share your information without consent unless required by law.
7. Limitations of Liability
While we take every care in providing high-quality services, Dental Hygiene to You shall not be held liable for any damages or outcomes arising from:
Incomplete disclosure of health information
Failure to follow post-treatment instructions
Delays caused by factors outside our control
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
